Our vegan box is for anyone interested in a vegan lifestyle. You don’t have to be vegan to enjoy it. 😉
We work with brands who share the same philosophy, advocating sustainable production of their products.
Each product you will find in My Vegan Box has been carefully selected for its quality, but also for the values inherent to each brand.
With My Vegan Box, we especially aim to present vegan products from Swiss or European small to medium businesses.
The content of the next box is always a surprise! You will receive sweet and savory vegan products, drinks, zero-waste accessories and hygiene products.
No, your subscription to My Vegan Box is commitment-free. You can pause or cancel your subscription anytime, directly from your account.
You have until the day before the renewal date to cancel your subscription. This date is usually set on the same day you placed your first order. If you cancel after this date, your request will be taken into account for the following month.
Subscriptions are usually renewed on the same day you placed the 1st order. Direct debit will also take place on this day. If you wish to change this date please contact us at [email protected]
At My Vegan Box, you can pay securely by credit card for your subscriptions.
If you are only buying a gift card, then you can also pay with cryptocurrencies.
The Kariyon gift card (canton of Fribourg) is also accepted. Contact us to apply it to your order at [email protected]
Shipping & Return
You will receive your box between the 15th and 20th of each month. This is an estimate and delivery may vary by a few days. You order this month & receive your first box next month.
Shipping is FREE! (Switzerland only)
If you have a milk box, your vegan box will usually fit in it. Your shipments are insured by the Post Office. You can now set your delivery preferences from your Post account.
We only deliver to Switzerland for the moment. Do you really want to receive My Vegan Box abroad? Contact us, we will find a solution together.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. If your box has arrived incomplete or non-compliant (e.g. broken product), you have 5 working days to send us one or more photos as well as your complaint to [email protected] We will then inform you of the measures taken by My Vegan Box.
If you’re not happy with your first My Vegan Box, you can return it and we’ll give you a full refund.
If you wish to return your vegan box to us, our after-sales service ([email protected]) will be happy to answer you within 24 hours! We will refund or cancel the invoice upon return of your box. However, the costs of returning the vegan box are your responsibility.
You have fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of the order to return the box and request a refund. Obviously the products must not be opened or tested.
